With reference to your telegram No. 26 of 10th March. As Sr.Velasco can only attend for interrogation once a week on Saturday afternoons, I enclose copy of a Minute by my personal Assistant, Mr. Evelyn Sturt who interviewed him, giving his answers to the five specific questions which were put.

Further reports will follow in due course.

A copy of this despatch has been sent to His Majesty's Ambassador at Washington and to His Majesty's Ambassador at Rio de Janeiro.
